2K acrylic varnish, clear. An oven may or may not be used for drying. It results in a light fast, high-gloss finish. It ends up with exceptional hardness, and can withst and mechanical abuse, while it is also chemical- and weather-fast. Mix BODY 2K CLEARCOAT 420 LOW V.O.C. with isocyanate BODY HARDENER HS LV 420 at a ratio of 2:1 v/v and add 20% of BODY ACRYL LV 420 thinner using the special mixing ruler. Mix well and filter through paper filter. Apply by spray gun, having a nozzle diameter of 1.3-1.5 mm, using a pressu
re of 3-4 bar. It is recommended the dry film thickness does not exceed 50-60 μm.
Flammable.
Use only in well ventilated areas. Do not eat/drink. Avoid any inhalation of
vapours and contact with skin.
